Adirondack Chairs with Jack Linder
Saturday 24 June 2017, 08:00am - 10:00am
Hits : 1977
Contact Rob Austin

Jack will demonstrate how he took expensive wood (cypress), cut it up into smaller pieces of expensive wood, and then glued and screwed them together into a structure that you can sit on. He then declared "That's an adirondack chair."

The chair named after the Adirondack mountains in upstate New York was first designed by Thomas Lee in 1903 out of a need for outside chairs for his summer home.

Location Peachtree Woodworking & Supply
