This Tuesday's Community Service Tuesday has a special occasion.
I forgot to update the event for the newsletter, so here's an update!

Help Us Finish 100 Handmade Toys for Appalachian Children!
We have a heartwarming opportunity over the next two weeks at Rob Austin’s shop: we’re putting the finishing touches on 100 wooden trucks and 100 cars to be donated to the Craddock Center in Cherry Log, GA, serving children in Appalachian communities.
This past Tuesday, eleven volunteers came together to sand, assemble, and prep these toys—and the results are incredible. But we’re not quite done yet, and we could use a few more hands to help us cross the finish line.
If you enjoy sanding (and we know some of you do!), your help would be most welcome. This is more than a project -- it’s a chance to share fellowship, creativity, and compassion with others. Dan Doster, who has supported this ministry for years, is deeply grateful for the progress made and the spirit of generosity shown.
Photos from Tuesday show smiling faces, busy hands, and a shared purpose: bringing joy to children who need it most.
