A torsian box is a great way to create rigid perfectly flat surfaces for bench tops, table tops, or shop jigs without all the heavy bulk of thick substrates. Jim Bell will discuss the design and how to construct a torsian box. This concept will be incorporated next week when we build our planer sled as well.
