If you have ever built a house, you may have thought about being your own General Contractor. Last year, Steve Mellott took the plunge and actually worked as the General Contractor on the home he and his wife built in McDonough. In this class, Steve will discuss the lessons he learned from this experience. He will discuss the skills and experience needed to be successful, the various roles he had to play and the surprises he encountered.
