Today's class will held at the shop of GWA member Ricky Alexander, 23 Bailey Dr. S.W. Lilburn,GA 30047.

Ricky will demonstrate milling lumber from logs using a Woodmizer bandsaw mill. Rick will show us the different types of cuts and how to get the most yield from a log. Knowing what's involved in getting a log to lumber may open up more possibilities for you to pick up wood that may have otherwise gone to waste. 

Today's demonstration begins at 10:30AM but you are encouraged to come early.
This event will be entirely outdoors (January in Georgia) so dress appropriately.
