Rob Austin and Bob Brokaw will assemble a lathe storage shelf unit designed to reduce the clutter often found around a lathe. The shelf is intended to provide a place to store at the ready, chucks, jaws, centers, and the ubiquitous plethora of accessories associated with a wood lathe. The shelf unit utilizes a blend of rabbits and dado's for joinery and nails, screws, and glue to hold it together. A french cleat hanger holds the whole unit to the
wall in addition to being the backbone of the shelf. Pictures of the machining process will cover how the parts of the shelf unit came to exist.
